They demolished the existing garage and then built a 24'X24' garage to replace it.
...Prior to contract being signed they provided advice and detailed specifications for the job.
They took the time to go over every aspect of the contract and made needed suggestions to help improve the overall construction of the garage.
During the demolition they were very clean and neat, making sure the area was in good order after each day of work. During the construction they didn't waste time and did an outstanding job with quality craftsmanship being shown in their work.
Not only did we have them rebuild the garage but also had them level the front porch, install a new entry door and replace decorative molding on the inside of the back entrance, and they installed a new 5' chain link fence - All of these were done very professionally and to our great satisfaction.
We later contracted to install rain gutters on the garage and had them work on our patio and build a retaining wall around the patio. Again they have done an extremely professional job.
Overall we are very pleased with their work ethic, professional approach to contracts; follow up on work done; and their overall handling of contracted work - They truly live up to their motto of: "Specializing in Satisfied Customers "
